I named the site Beautiful Franklin not only because of the beauty of our town and its scenic surroundings but also after the beautiful people who live here.
Downloads and printing: I started sizing the photographs so you can get a nice 5 x 7 print or smaller. Some printing services follow: Locally there is www.walmart.com/photo-center which will actually print the photos and you can pick them up at our store a few days later. You can also burn the photo to a cd and take it to the store. Shutterfly is a very good service and can be found at at www.shutterfly.com Snapfish is another and can be found at at www.snapfish.com Both offer quality service and many items to print your images on. Check them out as they run specials from time to time. Some offer pre-paid plans.
Care Network: At times I receive offer to buy photos or to have me take photos of such things as engagement photos, family photos, and birthday party photos. But, as photography is my hobby and not a profession, I will accept food, personal care items and paper products for the Macon County Care Network. A list of items they need can be found here. I can either pick them up when I photograph or you can deliver the items to Care Net.
Process: After taking the photographs I go through a process to get them looking as good as I can get them, sometines using special tachniques or adding frames. I then size them into thumbnails and print size. After they are ready I develop a thumbnail page as well as and a separate page for each photograph. After linking everything I put them up on Beautiful Franklin for you to enjoy.
Refer a friend: You can use the new Family and Friends link if you would like to send BeautifulFranklin's link to a friend or relative. It is safe and is an extension I bought for Dreamweaver, the program I use for the website. When you click the Send a friend button the recepient receives an email from you with the link on it. There is also a place for a you to write a comment if you like. It will take several seconds until you see an "has been sent" message.

I will be at Chocolate Obsession on Friday, Dec 5, from 5:30 to 8 during Window Wonderland to photograph children 10 and under with the Grinch and an Elf.
You may also bring your own cameras and take additional photographs if you like.
